1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, activating, or using WP AI Connector, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

2. License Grant

SBK Marketing LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WP AI Connector on your own projects.

You May:

  • Use the plugin on websites you own or manage
  • Use it to create tools for your clients

You May NOT:

  • Resell the plugin
  • Redistribute, repackage, or modify the source code for resale
  • Create competing products using the plugin's code
  • Reverse engineer or extract proprietary logic ("the ingredient")
  • Transfer your license to someone else

3. Beta License and Updates

The current price is a beta price and may increase in the future.

Pro (no-updates): Lifetime license for the plugin version you purchased. No updates included.

Pro Plus (updates): Includes updates for one year. Renewal price may change.

If you purchased a "Pro (no-updates)" license, you can continue using that version forever, but cannot claim future updates unless purchased separately.

4. Refunds

WP AI Connector is a digital product.

Once it is delivered, access cannot be revoked. For this reason:

All sales are final. No refunds.

We strongly recommend testing the free version before purchasing.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

WP AI Connector is a tool designed to connect forms to automation platforms.

Because every user's environment is different (hosting, plugins, themes, workflows), we cannot guarantee compatibility.

We Do Not Guarantee:

  • That the plugin will work in every environment
  • That it will integrate with every no-code or AI system
  • That results will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific outcomes

You Agree That:

You use the plugin at your own risk, and SBK Marketing LTD is not responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Damages
  • Interruption of business
  • Misconfigured workflows
  • Results from your automation tools

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SBK Marketing LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of WP AI Connector.

If liability cannot be waived by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin.

7. User Content

All form submissions processed through your website remain yours.

We do not store, analyze, or access user submissions.

You are responsible for compliance with any GDPR/CCPA or privacy obligations involving your own website visitors.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use WP AI Connector to:

  • Violate any law
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harm, misuse, or attack automation platforms
  • Build harmful tools, scrapers, or exploitations
  • Reverse engineer the plugin

9. Termination

We may revoke or disable your license if:

  • Fraud is involved
  • The license is shared publicly
  • You violate these Terms

You may continue using the "Pro (no updates)" version already in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
